Defenders of Freedom Military 5K Run
@ Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls NY
The third annual America's Kid Run at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. Come out and join local sport celebrities and mascots in a fun and healthy family oriented activity. All participants recieve an "America's Kids Run t-shirts" and a picnic style lunch. There is a absolutely no cost for the kids to participate.

The Angelman Syndrome Foundation National Walk-A-Ton
@ Chestnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park NY
The walk will begin near the Casino area at the main entrance, starting at 9am. The goal is to raise awareness and funds to further education, general support and critical research. Registration is now open, or you can register at 8am on the day of the walk. May Mayhem Road Rally

The road rally is open to all vehicles. Registration opens at 10:30am with the first car starting at noon.
